The Dalai Lama

“Most people are afraid of suffering. But suffering is a kind of mud to help the lotus flower of happiness grow. There can be no lotus flower without the mud.”

Thich Nhat Hanh

“Be still and know that I am God.”

  • Julie’s sweet presence offers comfort and ease and flow. Her training in yoga…and life, offer a unique gift to help transform and transmute energies through movement. Her experience with sexual assault provides wisdom and knowing of how to turn painful experiences into light. She truly can assist you in being present in your body and being in this now moment where peace exists.

  • I connected with the other women in class because we were on a journey together. She helped us to learn the moves, feel how our bodies worked and then let the moves become art. She has a real gift for connecting the movement to the emotion and moment. I am so excited to have another class with her!

  • An inspirational warrior woman!
